LAUNCH
YOUR FUTURE
Faith. Skills. Leadership. Purpose.
LAUNCH is a leadership and life-skills program for high school and college-age young people who are ready to invest in their future.
Grow in faith. Learn real-world skills. Discover your strengths. Take on real responsibility. Build experience that prepares you for whatever comes next.

MORE THAN A PROGRAM
IT'S A LAUNCH PAD.
You don't have to wait until you're an adult to start building your future.
LAUNCH gives young people the opportunity to learn by doing.
Over several years, participants work alongside mentors, serve at Good Spirit Foundation, develop practical skills, explore career and educational opportunities, strengthen their Christian faith, and take increasing responsibility for real projects.
The goal isn't simply to prepare you for your next class.
It's to prepare you for life.
What will you do?
Faith &
Character
Grow in your relationship with God while developing character, responsibility, wisdom, and maturity.
Leadership
Learn to communicate, make decisions, solve problems, work with others, serve well, and confidently take responsibility.
Business & Money
Explore entrepreneurship, accounting, financial literacy, purchasing, budgeting, and how real organizations make decisions.
Create &
Produce
Get hands-on experience with digital media, YouTube, podcasts, music production, recording, marketing, websites, computers, and more.
Real World
Skills
Learn practical skills such as basic auto maintenance, cooking, yard maintenance, tools, organization, and other things that help you become capable and independent.
Build Your
Future
Explore college, vocational training, careers, interests, and talents while building a résumé and portfolio of work you've actually accomplished.
Learn. Lead. create. serve.

Learn
Try something you've never done before.

Create
Turn ideas into real projects.

Lead
Take responsibility and help others succeed.

Serve
Use what you're learning to make a difference.
This isn't a simulated
experience.
LAUNCH participants have the opportunity to contribute to real projects, programs, camps, media, property, events, and operations at Good Spirit Foundation.
Over time, you'll build a portfolio of things you can point to and say:
"I did that."
What does
LAUNCH look
like?
Saturdays
12+ Saturdays during the November–June season.
Camps
Serve and lead during spring and summer camp.
Multi-Year
LAUNCH is designed as a long-term investment from high school into college or vocational training—not a one-semester program.
for parents
LAUNCH is designed to come alongside families during the important transition from adolescence to adulthood.
Our goal is to help young people grow spiritually, academically, practically, socially, and professionally through mentorship, service, education, and real-world experience.
Parents and guardians remain an important part of the process and are expected to support transportation, participation, home responsibilities, and periodic update meetings.
