Master’s degree in counseling, numerous years experience in business, 24 years of service to the Good Spirit Foundation as a founder and trustee. 

Director of Training - Joe Ponds
Joseph R. Ponds, Jr., Ph.D. is the CEO and President of MemoryQuest, Inc. which provides Corporate Training and Real Estate courses throughout Florida. Dr. Ponds is an educator, trainer, and facilitator with more than 30 years of experience, of which the last 12 has included real estate. He is highly regarded for his design and development of quality training materials, as well as his ability to communicate sensitive and complex issues in a way that is easy to understand.

Dr. Ponds has been recognized as an outstanding trainer and facilitator by many fine organizations such as the American Lung Association, the American Association for Respiratory Care, and the Florida State Attorney's Office.

Dr. Ponds has been the keynote speaker for numerous organizations such as the Citrus County School Board and the Florida Department of Children and Families, and has been a Chapel speaker for Major League Baseball teams to include the Baltimore Orioles, New York Yankees, St. Louis Cardinals, and New York Mets.

Dr. Ponds is currently qualified as a Florida Real Estate Broker, FREC Permitted Instructor and Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) Certified Instructor.

Director of Counseling - Sue Messer

Master’s degree in counseling, a teacher’s certificate with over 20 years teaching experience. Additionally Mrs. Messer has served the Good Spirit Foundation for over 24 years.

Camp Administrator - Tammi Rohey
Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida, numerous professional licenses and several years experience as a business person. She has worked in the fields of real estate, political campaigns, missions organizaion and management.
